University of Bristol

Its been almost 11 weeks since I came to Bristol. It was a hard to here with a lot of delays and problems but I managed to find my way to my room. I met my room mate, Silviu. He is from Romania and he is a great guy and a very nice company :) . I also met other guys from my house like Henry, Sharath, Nabil, Gordon, Tom, Avi, Shugantan and others and all of them are a great bunch of lads. My fresher's week was a blast with my first ever Rave party(which was a blast btw) and it was really nice organised as a whole. I had the opportunity to look around the university buildings and everything looks amazing. I can't choose a favourite building because how can you choose when there are such as Will's Memorial, Queens Building, MVB and Physic's building.... I can't(although Will's do catches the eye straight away ;) ). The lectures and the professors are great. I never expected that it might so funny and enjoyable in lectures as it turned out to be. I started programming and it looks hard as sh*t but I enjoy it and i'm looking forward to it :) . Until the third week I though that in Bristol there is only one person from Bulgaria but by a big coincidence in a night i met like 6-7 people (most of them taking the same course as me) and after that i learned that there are 45+ more students in the two universities in the town and on top of that in Bath(town very close to Bristol) there are supposed to be more than 100 more students from Bulgaria ;)

Bristol is a great city there is no doubt in that. I love the buildings, the shops, the clubs, the university, the professors, the girls :D ... what else can you want? I know of one thing(but I don't want to turn this blog from "uni" topic to "her" topic so she stays a mystery :P )

The Christmas holidays have arrived so I will be going back home this sunday and I'm happy to. I miss my parents and especially my England Lady :P and also the house feels kinda empty right now cause everyone left already :S ... I hope the bad weather in London gets better and I don't have any more flight troubles as last time.
